TuneWise Guitar (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the TuneWise Guitar mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

We design TuneWise Guitar to collect as little personal information as possible.

• Microphone access. The App requests microphone access to detect pitch for the in-app guitar tuner and pitch-recognition lessons. Audio is processed entirely on your device in real time. Audio is never recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared.
• In-app purchases. When you purchase a subscription or in-app product, payment is processed directly by Apple. We do not see, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple shares with us only that a purchase occurred and your subscription status.
• Anonymous usage data. The App may collect aggregated, anonymous usage data (for example, which lessons are most popular) to improve the experience. This data is not linked to any personally identifying information.
• Crash reports. If the App crashes, anonymous diagnostic data may be sent via Apple’s standard crash-report system to help us fix bugs.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, calendar, health data, or any other personally identifying information.

3. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App contains no third-party advertising and no behavioral tracking.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple’s StoreKit for in-app purchases (governed by Apple’s privacy policy) and may use RevenueCat for subscription management (governed by RevenueCat’s privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy).

6. Your Rights

Because we don’t collect personally identifying information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. You can revoke microphone access at any time in iOS Settings → TuneWise Guitar.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
